1. अपना फ़ोन बंद रखो-
सबसे ज्यादा टाइम मोबाइल फ़ोन में ही बर्बाद होता है और अगर ज्यादा मोबाइल फ़ोन का यूज़ किया जाए तो इसकी लत लग जाती है|
इसलिए काम के समय अपने फ़ोन को बंद रखो और पूरे फोकस के साथ काम करो|
अब से जब भी कोई काम करो तो अपने मोबाइल फ़ोन को बंद रखो, आपका नंबर आउट ऑफ़ कवरेज होना चाहिए|
2. कुछ समय अकेले में काम करो-
कुछ समय के लिए ऐसी जगह काम करो जहाँ आपको कोई डिस्टर्ब न कर सके, इससे आपका फोकस बना रहेगा|
और अगर आपका फोकस बना रहेगा तो आपका काम में भी मन लगेगा|
इसलिए जब तक आप अपने काम से संतुस्ट न हो जाओ तब तक अकेले में काम करो|
3. हेल्दी फ़ूड खाओ-
काम करने के लिए शरीर का फिर फिट रहना बहुत जरूरी है और शरीर तभी फिट रहेगा जब आप उसे फिट रखिंगे| अपने लक्ष्य के साथ-साथ अपने शरीर पर भी ध्यान दो क्योंकि अगर आपका शरीर फिट नहीं है तो आप कभी भी किसी काम को सही तरीके से नहीं कर पाओगे|
शरीर को फिट रखने के लिए अपनी डाईट में हेल्दी फ़ूड को जरूर एड करे|
आपको अपनी डाईट में ताजे फल व जूश का सेवन जरूर करना चाहिए|
आप फिट रहोगे तभी अपने काम को कर पाओगे और अपने लक्ष्य को हासिल कर पाओगे|
4. कुछ समय बाद ब्रेक ले-
अगर आप लगातार काम करते हो तो इससे आपको आलस आने लगेगा और आप उस काम को कभी पूरा नहीं कर पाओगे| इसलिए ये बहुत जरूरी है की काम के बीच में थोडा सा ब्रेक ले|
ब्रेक लेने से आपका माइंड रिलेक्स रहेगा और फिर आप पूरी एनर्जी के साथ उस काम को कर सकते हो|
2-3 घंटे काम करने के बाद आधे घंटे का ब्रेक जरूर ले इससे आपका मन शांत रहेगा|
इसी तरह थोड़ी-थोड़ी देर बाद ब्रेक लेते रहे, लगातार कभी भी काम न करे|
5. अपने गोल्स क्लियर रखो-
आप जो भी काम करो आपका काम हमेसा क्लियर होना चाहिए की आप उस काम को क्यों कर रहे हो|
इसी तरह आपका लक्ष्य भी क्लियर होना चाहिए की आप उस लक्ष्य तक क्यों पहुचना चाहते हो|
अगर आपका विजन क्लियर है तो आप उस काम को और भी बहुत अच्छे से मन लगाकर कर सकते हो|
इसलिए अब से जब भी कोई काम करो तो उस काम के पीछे का विजन क्लियर रखो की आप उस काम को क्यों कर रहे हो|
6. एक अच्छी नींद लो –
एक नार्मल इंसान को कम से कम 6 से 8 घंटे की नींद जरूर पूरी करनी चाहिए |
एक अच्छी नींद लेने से आप अपने काम को जोश और उत्साह के साथ पूरा कर सकते हो |
वही अगर आप अच्छी नींद नहीं लेते हो तो आपको दिन भर आलस और नींद आता रहेगा |
इसलिए किसी भी चीज में अच्छे फोकस के लिए एक अच्छी नींद लेना बहुत जरूरी होता है |
