टैलेंट हर इंसान के अन्दर अलग अलग हो सकता है जरूरी नहीं है की आपके अन्दर केवल एक ही टैलेंट हो बल्की आपके अन्दर कई अलग अलग टैलेंट भी हो सकते है |

आपको क्या अच्छा लगता है-
अपने अन्दर के टैलेंट को पहचानने के लिए सबसे पहले आप ये देखो की आपको क्या अच्छा लगता है, ऐसी कौन सी चीज है जो आपको खुशी देती है, क्योंकि जिस काम को करने में आपको खुशी मिलती है वह आपका टैलेंट भी हो सकता है |
आपको जो भी चीजे अच्छी लगती है उन सब की एक लिस्ट बना लो, और फिर उनमे से देखो की ऐसी कौन सी एक या दो चीजे है जिसे आप बहुत अच्छे से कर सकते हो, और क्या लोगो ने कभी आपको इसके लिए कोई कॉम्प्लीमेंट दिया है, हो सकता है की आप इसे कभी भी एक टैलेंट की तरह न समझा हो लेकिन असल में ये भी आपके लिए एक टैलेंट हो सकता है |
समय का पता न चलना –
क्या आपने कभी कोई ऐसी चीजे करी है जिसमे आपको टाइम का पता ही न चला हो और आपको मजा भी आया हो |
कभी कभी हम अपने कामो में इतना व्यस्त हो जाते है की हमें समय का पता ही नहीं चलता और फिर हमें अचानक से पता चलता है की कितना समय गुजर चुका है हमें इस काम को करते हुये |
ये शायद आपके लिए छोटी चीजे हो सकती है लेकिन अगर आप मुझसे पूछो तो मै इसे एक टैलेंट के रूप में समझता हूँ |
आप वही चीजो को लम्बे समय तक कर सकते हो जो आपका टैलेंट है या फिर जिसको करने में आपको मजा आता है |
वो चीजे कुछ भी हो सकती है जैसे विडियो गेम खेलना, विडियो देखना, क्रिकेट खेलना, बाते करना, या फिर कोई काम करना |
थकान महसूस न होना –
आप हर रोज ऐसा क्या काम करते हो जिसमे आपको थकान महसूस नहीं होता और वो चीजे आपको और ज्यादा करने का मन करती है, ये भी आपके लिए एक इशारा हो की आपके अन्दर कोई न कोई टैलेंट छुपा हुआ है |
आप वही काम को बिना थके कर सकते हो जिसमे आपको मजा आता है |
नई चीजे सीखना –
अगर आपके अन्दर कोई टैलेंट नहीं है फिर भी आप उन चीजो को बारे में सीख सकते है जो आपको अच्छा लगता है |
कोई भी इंसान के पास टैलेंट बचपन से नहीं होता वह चीजो को करते करते सीखता और उसी में उसको मजा आने लगता है और बाद में यही चीजे उसका टैलेंट बन जाता है |
आपको जो भी चीजे अच्छी लगती है आप वही चीजे करो अगर आपको वो चीजे नहीं आती जो आप करना चाहते हो तो आप उन चीजो के बारे में सीख सकते हो | आजकल ऑनलाइन ऐसे बहुत से प्लेटफॉर्म है जहा से आप घर अपने नई नई चीजे सीख सकते हो |
ऐसी चीजे सोचो जो आपको नेचुरली आती है –
आपके टैलेंट को पहचानने का ये भी एक तरीका है की आप उन चीजो के बारे में सोच सकते हो जो आपको नेचुरली आती है, जिसको करने में आपको ज्यादा मेहनत नहीं करना पड़ता |
आपने कभी किसी को ये चीजे तो जरूर कही होगी की कोई बात नहीं ये तो मेरे बाये हाथ का काम है मै इसे अभी कर देता हूँ, ये सारी चीजे इस बात की ओर इशारा करती है की आप कही न कही उसमे अच्छे है और आपको उसके बारे में बहुत कुछ मालूम है |
उन सभी चीजो को लिखे जिन्हें आप एन्जॉय करते हो-
आप उन सभी चीजो को लिख सकते हो जिसे करते समय आप एन्जॉय करते हो, ये आपको उन चीजो को देखने में मदत करेगा जिन्हें आप सच में एन्जॉय करते हो और साथ में आपको ये भी सोचने का मौका मिलेगा की आखिर आप इन्हें क्यों एन्जॉय करते हो, और आप ये जान सकते हो की सच में ये आपका टैलेंट है या फिर यूँ ही आप इन चीजो को एन्जॉय करते हो |
