Self discipline आपको जिन्दगी में आगे बढ़ने में बहुत मदत करती है |
इसलिए आज के इस आर्टिकल में मै आपको बताऊंगा की आप भी अपने लिए Self discipline कैसे बना सकते है|
1. टाइम पर उठो-
बहुत से ऐसे लोग होते है जो कभी टाइम पर नहीं उठते है, और न ही अपने लिए कोई Self discipline बनाते है|
लेकिन आपको ऐसा बिल्कुल भी नहीं करना है, क्योंकि आपने अपनी जिन्दगी में अपने लिए Self discipline बनाया है और उसे अच्छी तरह से फॉलो करते हो|
इसलिए टाइम पर उठो और अपने Discipline (अनुशासन) को फॉलो करो|
2. फ़ास्ट फ़ूड न खाओ-
अगर स्वस्थ रहना चाहते हो तो फ़ास्ट फ़ूड से दूर रहो और कोई हेल्दी फ़ूड का सेवन करो|
हमेसा घर का बना हुआ खाना खाओ, और बाहर के खाने को अवॉयड (Avoid) करो|
आज कल के भाग दौड़ जिन्दगी में लोग अपने स्वस्थ का ध्यान नहीं रख पाते और बाहर का खाना खा लेते है जिसमे अधिक मात्रा में ऑइल होता है, जो शारीर के लिए बिल्कुल भी ठीक नहीं है|
इसलिए ऑयली चीजो के बजाय ताजे फल व जूस का सेवन करे|
3. लालच मत करो-
किसी भी चीज में लालच मत करो जितना है उसी में खुश रहो, अगर इतना में खुश नहीं रह सकते तो उस चीज के लिए मेहनत करो और जो चाहिए उसे अपनी मेहनत से हासिल करो|
अगर लालच करोगे तो कभी भी सफल नहीं हो पाओगे|
लालच इंसान को बुरी तरह से बर्बाद कर देता है, और फिर इंसान अपने सोचने समझने की शक्ति खो देता .है|
इसलिए कभी भी किसी भी चीज में लालच न करे, बल्कि उस चीज को अपनी मेहनत से हासिल करे|
4. टाइम टेबल बनाओ-
अगर खुद को अनुशासन में रखना चाहते हो तो अपने लिए एक टाइम टेबल बनाओ|
हर उस चीज के लिए टाइम Decide करो जो आप करना चाहते हो, और उसे उस टाइम में ही खत्म कर डालो|
टाइम टेबल बनाने से आपको आपके सारे काम याद रहेंगे और आप अपने कामो को सही टाइम में पूरा भी कर पाओगे| इसलिए अपने लिए एक टाइम टेबल बनाओ और उसी टाइम टेबल के हिसाब से अपने कामो को करो|
टाइम टेबल में आप उन सभी चीजो को एड कर सकते हो जो आप दिन भर करने वाले हो|
जैसे- सुबह कितने बजे उठाना है, कितने बजे काम करना है, कितने बजे खाना खाना है, आदि|
इन सभी चीजो के अलावा आप जो भी दिन भर करने वाले हो उन सब के लिए एक टाइम Decide .कर .लो|
इस तरह से आप अपने काम को और भी आसान कर सकते हो|
5. एक नई आदत बनाओ-
एक नई आदत बनाओ जो आपको जिन्दगी भर काम आ सके|
अगर आपके पास कोई ऐसी आदत नहीं है जो आपको सफल बना सकती है तो अभी एक ऐसी आदत बनाओ जो आपको सफल बना सके| कोई ऐसी आदत या फिर कोई ऐसी स्किल जो आपके सपनो को चेस करने में आपकी मदत करे|
अगर आपके पास कोई ऐसी स्किल या आदत है जो आपको सफल बना सकती है तो आपको उस आदत को और बेहतर बनाना चाहिए ताकि आप और ज्यादा सफल हो सको|
एक नई आदत के साथ अपने सपनो की शुरुवात करो|
